1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Heart2.eu ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time with notice to users.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Heart2.eu. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older. We may terminate accounts of users found to be under 18. You must be legally permitted to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.

3. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. One person may only maintain one active account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to: post false, misleading, or fraudulent information; harass, threaten, or intimidate other users; send unsolicited commercial messages (spam); impersonate any person or entity; post explicit, offensive, or illegal content; use the Platform for commercial solicitation without our consent; attempt to hack or disrupt the Platform.

5. Content & Photos

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant Heart2.eu a non-exclusive license to display your content. You must only post photos of yourself. Photos must not contain nudity, explicit content, or images of minors. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

6. Premium Subscriptions

Premium plans are billed as described at purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time Premium subscribers. Cancellation stops future billing but does not provide a refund for the current period (except within the 7-day guarantee).

7. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. We collect and process data as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time via Settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

9. Disclaimers

Heart2.eu is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that you will find a match. We are not responsible for the conduct of users on or off the Platform. We do not conduct criminal background checks on users.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Heart2.eu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Vilnius, Lithuania.
